About the Fellowship
The Marjorie McLean Oliver Postdoctoral Fellowship at Queen’s University offers an exceptional two-year opportunity for early-career scholars specialising in the history of Classical Antiquity and/or Medieval Europe. Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must identify as women, as per the donor’s bequest.
- PhD in a relevant field completed before the fellowship start date.
- Evidence of research excellence and publication in Classical or Medieval studies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience at the university level.
- Strong publication record and demonstrated academic engagement.
- Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and departmental teaching.
Not Eligible:
- Candidates who do not identify as women.
Fellowship / Job Benefits
