About Position/Job

The Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities (KWI) in Essen, Germany, invites applications for its distinguished KWI International Fellowship and Thyssen@KWI Fellowship. Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • KWI International Fellowship (R2 Level): Up to six years of post-doctoral experience; open to international applicants. German nationals may apply only if currently employed at an international institution.
  • Thyssen@KWI Fellowship (R3 Level): Several years of post-doctoral experience; open to international researchers and German scholars with strong international experience.
